All dealings between A Beauty Story and any person(client) for any service provided by A Beauty Story to the client.

By using the following platforms, the client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Any bookings attained via this website, Instagram, phone, email, Facebook to A Beauty Story are subject to the terms below.

LATE POLICY 

​

If you arrive late to your appointment the session may be shortened to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of time given you will be responsible for the full appointment cost of the treatment that has been booked. Arriving more than 15mins late to your appointment may result in the cancelation of your booking and you will be charged the full amount for the appointment that has been booked.

CANCELATION POLICY

​

We know that situations can arise in which you may need to cancel an appointment, however cancelations and last-minute changes to your appointment affect us greatly. We require 24hours advance notice of any rescheduling or cancelations of your appointment. Any changes or cancelations made after the 24hours will be subject to charges.

A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to secure an appointment for some of our services. This is deducted from your treatment total on the day and is non-refundable. Failure to show, cancelations and rescheduling appointments within 24hours will result in the loss of this deposit. If you cancel before the 24hours, a refund of the deposit will be given, minus the TimelyPay booking fee.
